Presented By: Phil Molé, EHS and Sustainability Content Manager, VelocityEHS

This fast-paced, interactive webinar will help you look at incident prevention in a whole new way. From JSAs to audits and inspections to near-miss tracking and corrective actions, there are so many opportunities to create safe, dynamic and productive workplaces. These best practices will improve your life.

The goal of incident management is to avoid incidents altogether. Therefore, employers should take a proactive, rather than a reactive approach that prevents safety and environmental incidents before they happen. The ability to effectively identify, anticipate and control risks is invaluable to the success of workplace incident management programs.

This presentation will discuss best practices related to job safety analysis, audits, inspections, near miss and incident tracking and corrective actions, and demonstrate the interaction between these activities when developing a workplace safety culture focused on prevention.
