Ergo Leakage: How to Prevent Losses and Inefficiencies Due to Poor Workplace Ergonomics

Learn to recognize the indicators of small ergonomic losses and inefficiencies that are epidemic in the workplace. You'll be able to locate or create checklists and tools that will help you perform an ergonomic audit.

Don't 'leak' away resources. Prevent ergo inefficiencies before they start!

Webinar Description:

Not all ergonomic losses are big easily-recognized events like lost time or medical claims. Instead, a majority of your ergonomic losses may be smaller losses that 'leak' away resources. And, just like thermal leakage in a poorly insulated building, these small ergo losses can add up to significant impacts. This session will help you learn to see and identify ergo leakage in your workplace. Examples include employees squirming in their chair, building make-shift pads or supports, massaging sore muscles, taking longer breaks, job turnover, etc. With this information you will be able to create or select the best tools for auditing your workplace and then you can provide ergonomic fixes for your leaks.
